Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, a full refund is issued.
FAQs
The primary charterer must complete the charter agreement and select an independently engaged USCG-licensed captain. Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors.
Bring food and beverages if you wish. Do not bring red wine or glass beer bottles, and avoid items that may stain the upholstery.
Go barefoot or wear clean socks. Bring lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted.
