- Arrive for check-in beginning 1 hour before departure with your entire party present
- Board at least 5 minutes before departure

Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the cruise. No refund if you arrive late and miss the boat. If the operator cancels due to weather, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

The cruise operates rain or shine. Lightning, heavy rain, or high winds may lead the captain to cancel at departure time; scattered or isolated showers do not cancel the cruise.
Include everyone in your reservation, including children age 2 and under. If you arrive with more people than reserved, additional tickets may not be available because of the Coast Guard passenger limit.
