- A qualified, properly licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the charterer

- Gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring only lotion sunscreen; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not allowed
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only aboard
- Leave red wine and glass beer bottles ashore; wine and champagne are allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule first; receive a refund if rescheduling is not mutually possible.
