- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel during the charter
- A qualified US Coast Guard-licensed captain is required; captain services are contracted separately and are not included in the listed price
- Complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Expect fuel charges based on actual consumption; fuel is not included in the listed price
- Customary crew gratuity is discretionary and not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring only lotion sunscreen; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks; no red wine or glass beer bottles are permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
