Zipline tours typically operate in light rain. Tours may be delayed or canceled for unsafe conditions, including lightning, high winds, severe fog, or limited visibility. If the park cancels for weather or safety concerns, choose a full refund or reschedule.
Arrive at least 20 minutes early if you completed your waiver online, or 30 minutes early if you will sign it on-site. Tours depart on time.
Allow extra travel time if you are traveling via Highway 441 between Mountain City, Georgia, and the North Carolina/Georgia state line. Construction may cause 30–45 minute delays.
