    Important details

    • Review and sign the assumption-of-risk waiver before your trip
    • Wear river footwear or shoes that attach securely to your feet; no flip-flops
    • No spray sunscreen is allowed on the raft
    • Bring any personal medications and give them to your guide
    • Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the trip will leave without you

    Cancellation Policy

    Canceling or rebooking within 5 days means forfeiting the trip cost or incurring a rebooking fee. No-shows are charged the full price. Trips run rain or shine, with plans adjusted for severe weather. No refunds are issued if you cancel due to weather. If the operator cancels for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

    On weekdays, park along Brook Rd or nearby Sledd St, High St, or Fritz St. On weekends, use the lot across the street at 1512 Brook Rd, marked with a green sign.

    Bring swimwear, a hat, sunglasses, non-spray sunscreen, and a water bottle for your rafting trip. Leave a towel and change of clothes in your car for afterward. Your guide has a cooler for water bottles.

    Yes. Leave your phone and keys with the bus driver while you're on the river. Your guide also has a dry bag for personal items. Bring a camera or GoPro at your own risk; loss or damage isn't covered.
