Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled check-in for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, no-shows, and missed departures are charged the full charter price. If the operator cancels, choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Bring your certification card for verification (digital or physical). Bring your own swimsuit, plus a towel, sunscreen, and water.
If you miss the check-in time, you must reschedule and a $50 rescheduling fee per person applies. Rebooking between 48 and 24 hours before check-in also has a $50 administrative fee. Rebooking is not permitted within 24 hours of check-in; requests in that window are treated as cancellations and are charged the full charter price.

That being said, every instructor I had for my advanced open water and night dive course was professional and experienced. Erin, Sam, Toby, and Matt were absolutely by the book and took all of my questions seriously. When I come back I’m absolutely going to dive with aloha again. If you’re interested in finding a company to dive with, I highly recommend them.

Before I start my Review: I am former military and absolutely consider professionalism a mandatory quality for a diving company. That being said, every instructor I had for my advanced open water and night dive course was professional and experienced. Erin, Sam, Toby, and Matt were absolutely by the book and took all of my questions seriously. When I come back I’m absolutely going to dive with aloha again. If you’re interested in finding a company to dive with, I highly recommend them.
