Important details

• A boater's license is required under Texas law for anyone born on or after September 1, 1993
• No pets allowed
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the jet ski with the same fuel level as at pickup; otherwise, you'll be charged the fuel cost plus a $25 refueling service fee. The jet ski requires 87-octane fuel.
• A security deposit applies. It may be retained for damage or unsafe use, and you're responsible for damage costs beyond the deposit.
• Late returns more than 1 hour past the agreed return time forfeit 50% of the security deposit; returns 3 hours late forfeit 100%.
• The rental agreement includes a liability release, assumption of risk, and responsibility for claims arising from your use of the watercraft.
• The renter must be the sole operator. Operate only during daylight, follow local boating laws and posted rules, obey no-wake zones, and adjust your speed to conditions.
• Do not smoke or have alcoholic beverages on board. Do not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Keep a properly fitted, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket available for each person. Children under 12 must wear one at all times; assign a responsible adult to monitor each child's safety.
• Before anyone swims or enters the area within 30 feet of the watercraft, turn off the engine, remove the key, and wait 10 seconds. Never jump from a moving watercraft, and count everyone before restarting the engine.
• Yield to sailboats and boats crossing from your right. Steer right when meeting a boat head-on, and leave plenty of room when overtaking. Use the engine cut-off device if equipped.
• Dock only at the designated return area, except in an emergency or with prior authorization. Return the jet ski clean, free of rubbish, and in its original condition apart from ordinary wear.
• Unsafe operation may end your rental immediately. Return to the designated docking area if instructed.
• Your rental time starts at the scheduled time; arriving late may shorten your time on the water.
