Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, waivers, gear, and orientation
- Ages 21+ only to rent; operators must be 18+
- Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- Operators must have a valid driver's license
- All riders must be able to swim unassisted
- A $500 preauthorization hold per vehicle is required on a valid credit or debit card at check-in; it is not included in the listed price
- Keep the card on file for time overages, refueling, damage, excessive cleaning, or lost equipment
- Assume financial responsibility for damage, up to the full replacement cost in the event of a total loss
- Top off the watercraft with premium 91 fuel before returning; fuel costs are not included in the listed price
- Stay within the designated zone; riding upriver past the end of the lake into the no-wake zone forfeits the deposit
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 7 days before your rental. From 7 days to 48 hours before, refunds are less a 25% cancellation fee. No refund less than 48 hours before. Full refund if the operator cancels because riding is unsafe due to weather; otherwise, weather cancellations are not refunded.

Yes. A $500 pre-authorization (damage authorization hold) is required at check-in per vehicle. This is not a charge, and it’s released according to your card issuer’s policy if you return the equipment in the same condition.
No. The company does not offer or cover collision damages. You are financially responsible for any damage during your rental, up to and including the full replacement cost in the event of a total loss.
