Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied to a new date if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Bookings made within 48 hours of the activity can be canceled for a full refund within 1 hour of booking. Arrive within 15 minutes of your start time or move to the next available slot. Safety-related weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded minus special or customized order costs.
