We have a total of 4 groups per day with their designated departure and return time. YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR RETURN TIME, if you'd like to stay longer you MUST arrange a return directly with The Tides Inn as we have to adhere to a strict schedule.

Customer cancellations are nonrefundable. Rescheduling: 48+ hours ahead, no fee; 24–48 hours, $100 per reservation; under 24 hours, not allowed. Fare differences apply. If the operator cancels without equivalent service, choose a refund for canceled, unused flights or reschedule within 18 months of booking. Weather concerns do not qualify for a refund if the flight can safely and legally operate.

I cannot recommend Coastal Seaplanes enough! What an awesome experience, the views and the fun of seeing the Bay from the air was amazing. What really made the day was the service and professionalism from Sam and his team. This is a top notch organization that I will be using again.
