Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in
- Ages 7+ only; reaching 60 inches is required
- Weight must be 44 to 285 pounds; each climber is weighed at check-in
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Sign a Participant Agreement Form; a parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Youth ages 7–15 have chaperone supervision requirements; ages 16–17 may participate without a chaperone if a parent or legal guardian signs the form
- Pregnancy and impairment from alcohol or drugs exclude participation
- Dress for the weather; the adventure park operates rain or shine
- Leave cameras and phones off the course
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. If the adventure park closes due to inclement weather, you'll receive a rain check for another visit.
FAQs
Ages 7–10 need a parent, guardian, or chaperone participating on the course, with at least one adult for every two youth. Ages 11–12 need a chaperone on the same level deck, and ages 13–15 need a chaperone on the premises.
