One parent specifically credited Adrienne for easing her nervous children into the experience and keeping the pace comfortable for everyone in the group. Tours are hourly on the half hour. Tim was our tour guide and he did well with telling us all about the history of the cave and all its wonders. Very informative and we had a great time. You can buy tickets online but you definitely do not need to. All of the staff were helpful and informative and very pleasant.
