Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour to receive a gift card; within 24 hours is non-refundable. No cash refunds. If you remove a person (without canceling the full tour), you receive a 75% refund for that person. Arriving intoxicated may result in cancellation with no refund or credit.
