The staff earns particular praise, especially pilot Steve who appears frequently in reviews for his skilled flying, informative commentary, and ability to make nervous fliers feel completely at ease. Connor and Tally at the front desk also get regular shoutouts for their helpful, friendly service throughout the check-in process. What really stands out is how the team handles first-timers and those with height anxiety. The pilots add nice touches like playing music during flights and providing knowledgeable narration about the area's landmarks and vortexes.
