Important details

• Bring your physical driver's license to check in and sign out equipment.
• Children under 11 may look through goggles only while a parent or guardian holds them; they cannot hold or operate the equipment.
• This tour is not recommended if you have difficulty standing or moving around in the dark. It is not a seated tour; only 8 chairs are available.
• Return all equipment to your guide before leaving the viewing location. Missing-equipment charges are not included in the listed price: $100 per missing star pointer and $15,000 per missing goggle, charged to the responsible party's credit card. You are also responsible for damage caused by a child using the goggles.
• Arrive in your own vehicle or a rental car and follow the guide to the viewing location. Transportation is not included; arrival by taxi, rideshare, or on foot is not permitted.
• Expect to share goggles: one pair is provided for every two adult tickets, ages 11+, with an additional pair for an odd-numbered adult group. Child tickets do not add goggles.
• Wear closed-toe shoes for the uneven, rocky ground.
• Do not use cell phones, take photographs, or make audio or video recordings during the tour.
• Do not smoke, vape, use cannabis or other drugs, consume alcohol, or eat or drink during the tour.
• Tours do not operate around the full moon.
• Check in 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late check-in is not permitted. Start times may change with sunset.
