- A pickup location address is required
- Moderate mobility is required, including entering and exiting the vehicle unassisted and walking short distances on uneven terrain
- Wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and large mobility frames cannot be accommodated; a basic walking cane is acceptable
- Infants and animals are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a refund less non-refundable 2.3%–3.5% processing fees. One reschedule request is allowed; requests within 72 hours are subject to availability, with no refund if no new date is available. For groups of 8–14, cancellations within 72 hours receive 50%; within 48 hours, no refund.

Bring seasonally appropriate outdoor clothing, sun protection, extra layers for cooler months or Jerome's higher elevation, personal medications, and a fully charged phone or camera. Closed-toed shoes are strongly recommended. Bring cash or a card for optional food and wine purchases.
