    Things to know

    Riders must be 14+ and 100–260 lbs. Under 18 must be with a parent or guardian. Closed-toe shoes required. Not permitted for pregnant riders or anyone on medications affecting balance or judgment. Tours run rain or shine except in severe weather.

    Cancellation policy

    Non-refundable; rescheduling allowed with 24 hours notice. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. In case of severe weather such as lightning or thunderstorms, tours are rebooked, typically decided within an hour of the start time. Light rain does not cancel the tour.
