Things to know
You must be at least 14 years old, weigh 100–260 lbs, and be accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18. Pregnant guests and anyone with vertigo, or taking medications that affect balance or judgment, cannot ride.
Optional gratuities are not included; typical gratuities range from 15–25%.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased. Vouchers good for one year provided in event of severe weather, lightning or thunderstorm.
