Things to know
Riders must be at least 14 years old, weigh 100–260 lbs., and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A minimum guest count is required to run the tour (source lists both 2 guests and 3 tickets); confirm the minimum with Greetwell before booking. Optional gratuities are customary (15–25%).
Cancellation Policy
Advance reservations required. Non-refundable, can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Vouchers good for one year provided in event of severe weather, lightning or thunderstorm (typically determined within an hour of scheduled time).

You must be at least 14 years old and weigh 100–260 lbs to ride a full-sized Segway PT. You also need to be tall enough to balance the adjustable handle. If you are under 18, ride with a parent or guardian and have a waiver/release signed.
Do not ride if you are pregnant, have vertigo, or take medications that affect your balance or judgment. Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during your Segway PT glide.
Wear comfortable, flat, closed-toe shoes (sneakers recommended). Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, or high heels. Dress for the weather; gloves and a scarf are recommended on chilly days.
