- Bring a photo ID matching the primary renter's name
- A refundable security-deposit hold is required separately from the listed price. The hold is placed 48 hours before departure and released 48 hours after your trip if no claims are made
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure for your orientation and safety briefing. Late arrivals do not extend your rental; arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 13 days incur 50%–100% charges. Operator-called weather cancellations receive a full refund. If weather cuts your trip short after departure, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused time beyond the first hour.
