Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and a safety briefing; rental time includes check-in, briefing, and return to the dock
- Bring valid photo ID for the boat operator
- Boat operators must be ages 23+
- Operators born on or after September 1, 1993 must complete the Texas Boater Safety Online Course
- Follow Texas Parks & Wildlife Department boating laws and staff safety instructions
- Keep the boat in the designated no-wake zone and avoid reckless or negligent driving
- No swimming, glass containers, excessive alcohol consumption, loud music, or disruptive behavior
- The boat operator must remain sober before and while driving
- Passengers ages 13 and under must wear the provided life jackets
- Return the boat on time; late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes, not included in the listed price
- Damage caused by negligence may be charged to the card on file
- Use restrooms before departure; restrooms are not available on board
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours or more before start for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Severe weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the operator's discretion.
