Important details

• Ages under 100 only. Infants and children count toward the boat's passenger limit.
• The nominated driver must be over 21. No boating license is required. Bring valid identification, such as a driver's license, and provide a copy for the hire.
• The boat is stroller- and wheelchair-accessible. A companion is required for anyone using a wheelchair or mobility equipment.
• Alcohol consumption is restricted to ages 18+. Bring valid ID as proof of age. The nominated driver's blood alcohol level must remain at 0.00 throughout the hire.
• If you appear intoxicated, you may be refused service without a refund.
• A $500 security bond, not included in the listed price, is pre-authorized on a valid credit or debit card before departure. It is released if there is no damage or incident and you return the boat on time and as clean as you received it. Release may take seven business days, depending on your bank.
• Additional charges, not included in the listed price, apply for late returns at $50 per 15 minutes, unacceptable cleaning at $100, and assistance caused by driver error or failure to follow instructions at $250. You are responsible for all damage during the hire.
• Complete the hire agreement before departure. The nominated driver is responsible for everyone's safety aboard; follow applicable boating rules and report any incidents or injuries during the hire.
• Bring a charged, functioning mobile phone and remain reachable throughout the hire for emergencies.
• Do not smoke, fish or swim from the boat. Evidence of smoking results in forfeiture of the $500 security bond.
• Do not feed wildlife or engage in activities that damage the ecosystem.
• River closures may restrict your cruising route.
• Arrive 15 minutes before departure for the boat operation and safety briefing. If you arrive late, your scheduled return time does not change.
