• The skipper must be aged 18 or over. No boat licence is required.
• This activity is not recommended for people with disabilities.
• Dogs are welcome. Bring your own dog life jacket if possible, as only a very limited number are available.
• The skipper must not consume alcohol and must maintain a blood alcohol concentration of 0.00% throughout the experience.
• Other passengers may bring up to 2 alcoholic drinks per person. Intoxication or antisocial behaviour may result in the boat being remotely disabled and your outing cut short.
• Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times aboard. Child and baby life jackets are available on request.
• Fishing is not allowed from the boat.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
