Important details
- Ages 21+ only to rent or operate the pontoon. At least one person age 21 or older must remain aboard throughout the rental.
- Bring valid photo ID for every intended driver. Only drivers approved at check-in may operate the boat; keep your ID with you while driving.
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation. An ID and credit card must be presented for each piece of equipment rented.
- A $500 security hold per piece of power equipment is required on arrival, separate from the listed price. The hold is released after the return damage check.
- A 10% fuel charge is not included in the listed price and is due upon return.
- You may be responsible for additional charges for damage, missing equipment, prohibited decorations, excessive cleaning, misuse or rule violations. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Complete the required rental agreement and waivers before departure.
- Stay within the approved Mission Bay operating area and follow speed zones and restricted-area rules. Towing wakeboards, water skis, kneeboards or inner tubes is not available.
- Glass containers are prohibited. The designated driver may not drink alcohol or operate the boat while impaired.
- Shade tops, swimming ladders, radios and speakers are not guaranteed.
- Rentals are subject to weather, water conditions, safety restrictions and staff approval.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for parking, paperwork and the safety checkout. Complete check-in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start; otherwise, your rental may not proceed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.

No. Your rental still ends at the scheduled time, so arriving late may reduce your time on the water.
Parking is limited, especially on weekends and holidays. Allow extra time to find a space. Additional parking may be available in the overflow lot along Santa Clara Place or near El Carmel Point.
