- Drivers must be at least 18 and completely sober. Service may be refused if you are impaired.
- If you will drive and were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card and photo ID.
- Combined weight limit: 600 lbs per boat.
- Alcohol is allowed only for passengers ages 21+.
- Follow the pre-departure safety briefing and wear a life jacket whenever the boat is underway. Do not bring glass containers.
- Sign a liability waiver before departure; every participant must complete one. Boating involves changing weather, water, and marine conditions, and you participate at your own risk.
- Stay within the agreed cruising area and rental hours. You are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or operating outside those limits.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Rentals run in rain; if you cancel for rain, standard cancellation fees apply. If the operator cancels for lightning or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or free reschedule.
