• Each Aqua Bike is for one person only; no passengers or children may ride on the same bike
• Wear a buckled life jacket at all times
• Stay within the designated rental zones explained during the safety briefing
• Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during the rental
• Sign a liability waiver before starting the activity
• A rescue or towing fee of at least $50, not included in the listed price, applies if you need assistance after ignoring safety boundaries or designated zones
• Expect the activity to operate in light rain or passing showers; sessions may be postponed or canceled for lightning or high winds
