You must be 18+ and provide a driver’s license or ID, a credit card, and sign a renter waiver. A $100 refundable security deposit is required; up to $1,300 may be charged in case of loss or theft, and damage costs are paid on-site. Riding on the beach is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Within 72 hours, you must request cancellation; refunds are reviewed at the company’s discretion. If you confirm a rescheduled date and e-bikes with a tour guide are reserved, cancellations beyond that point are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
