Cancel at least 7 days before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before incur a 50% surcharge. No-shows are charged 100% of the total cost.

Yes. Before your ride, complete the required online rider check-in form. Every adult (drivers and passengers) must fill it out, and you’ll need your driver’s license ready to upload.
You get a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee applies at $10 per minute. If the boat launch is occupied, the late fee will not be charged if customers are present.
