Important details
- Arrive between 10:00am and 5:00pm; the farm closes at 6:00pm
- Check in at the wheelchair-accessible admission booth upon arrival
- Sign a waiver before participating; parents or guardians sign for children ages 0–17
- Do not bring outside treats for the animals
- Dress for outdoor weather and potentially muddy farm conditions
- Expect the kids play area and tractor-pulled wagon rides to close in some weather conditions
- Bring valid ID at check-in for military or Alaska resident admission

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. No-shows are charged the full activity price.
