- Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals
- The Jungle Gardens bus and RV route has a vehicle height limit of 12'8". If your vehicle exceeds this limit, you can explore on foot instead
- Begin your tour between 9 AM and 3:30 PM on the date listed on your ticket
