Important details
- Arrive 45 minutes before launch for safety instructions, preparation, and the shuttle
- Ages 5+ only; children ages 5–12 must weigh at least 50 lbs
- Children ages 12 and under must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult
- Wear water shoes and keep footwear on at all times; flip-flops, Crocs, and backless shoes are not permitted
- Follow the shuttle to the takeout so your vehicle is available when you exit the river
- Complete a required waiver at check-in, including a social media release
- A mandatory parking fee applies; a parking pass is provided at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before start for a full refund. For groups of 6 or more and holiday weekend bookings (Friday–Monday), reservations are nonrefundable within 7 days of start.

Arrive early for check-in, safety instructions, and tour prep. Plan to check in 45 minutes before launch (the description also notes arriving one hour before your scheduled time).
