• Senior rate eligibility: ages 62+
• Bring valid military ID if using the military rate
• Bring your own vehicle. Vans must be 28 feet or shorter; RVs and coaches over 28 feet are not permitted.
• Download the Palm Springs Windmill Tours app and tour content before arrival to avoid connectivity issues.
• Stay on the marked route. Most roads are gravel, and driving off-route can leave your vehicle stuck in sand. The operator does not accept responsibility for vehicle damage caused by wind, sand, or other natural conditions.
• Stay at least 150 feet from operating wind turbines and respect the marked barriers.
• Allow cars ahead to finish at each stop before taking your turn. When stopping, park to one side so other vehicles can pass.
• Participation is subject to a liability release and an agreement to cover certain claims and legal costs, including claims involving the operator's ordinary negligence.
• Arrive at your scheduled time. Early or late arrivals can normally be accommodated, but you must arrive on time for the day's last tour.
