- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in
- Basic experience operating similar or larger motor vessels is required
- Sign a liability waiver before boarding
- Follow the agreed itinerary and the 25 mph speed limit
- British Virgin Islands travel is not permitted
- Boat operators must remain within legal alcohol limits
- Safety equipment use is mandatory
- Fuel is not included in the listed price
- A $500 security deposit is forfeited for itinerary deviations or exceeding speed limits
- A 5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions and is not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for vessel damage; optional damage insurance costs $45 for half-day rentals or $75 for full-day rentals, with a $2,500 deductible

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice or a 50% refund up to 24 hours before. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
