Yes. Complete a waiver for each participant before arriving for your paddle lesson.
At Guardrails, park on the mountain side of the old highway. Take care when parking and crossing the road.
Bring water, a towel, and reef-safe, 100% biodegradable sunscreen. Arrive hydrated. Wear a long-sleeve swim shirt or rashguard; one is available to borrow if you don't have one. Leggings are also recommended for sensitive skin to help prevent sunburn and irritation.
