Important details

- Requires the ability to swim to the side of a pool's deep end
- Under 18s require an adult to remain on land throughout the lesson
- Bring valid ID if booking as a local, airline employee, or military, police, or government employee
- Sign the waiver before your lesson
- Mount any GoPro on your surfboard during the lesson
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your lesson, changed and ready to enter the water
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or credit, or at least 24 hours' notice for a half refund or credit. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Lessons run rain or shine. No-shows are charged the full price.

The surf lesson requires at least 2 people and accommodates up to 9, exclusively from your party.
Allow about 15 minutes for parking. For all-day parking, use Embassy Suites self-parking on Beachwalk. Hourly paid options include street parking on Saratoga and the Waikiki Post Office lot on Saratoga. Parking charges are not included in the listed price.
No bathroom is nearby once your lesson begins. Beforehand, use the restrooms at the Hawaii Army Museum or inside the Outrigger Reef Hotel, past the front desk on the right. Allow about 10 minutes for a restroom trip from the roundabout.
