A: Most guests do, but if you don’t see turtles, you can book again for free.

A: Bring a bathing suit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, camera, and any favorite drinks or snacks.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: The tour runs in light rain, but not in unsafe ocean conditions. The crew will reschedule or cancel if necessary for safety.
Q: Is there parking at Kewalo Basin Harbor?
A: Yes. Paid parking is available for about $2 per hour, but spaces can be limited on busy days.
Q: Are there restrooms on the boat?
A: Yes. The catamaran has a marine restroom on board for guest use.
Cancellation policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds within 48 hours of departure. Late arrivals who miss departure forfeit their ticket. Rebookings are free more than 48 hours in advance or allowed up to 24 hours before departure without refund eligibility. If the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions or if the minimum of three guests is not met, you may choose a free rebooking or full refund.
