Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before your trip for a 90% refund. Within 30 days, payments are forfeited; if seats are rebooked, receive a 90% refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather and the boat does not leave the dock, or due to mechanical issues when no alternative vessel can be arranged.
