Cancel in writing 60+ days before for a full deposit refund or 30+ days before for a 50% deposit refund. No refunds within 30 days or for no-shows. If weather or mechanical issues cancel the tour, rescheduling is attempted; receive a full refund if unavailable. If travel issues beyond your control cause you to miss the tour, receive a 50% deposit refund.
