- Bring a working cell phone
- Driver must be at least 21, legally authorized to operate a recreational vessel, and have at least 2 years of boating experience
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must have a Florida Boating License or Florida Temporary Boating Certificate
- Driver must understand safety and operating instructions and communicate fluently with staff without an interpreter
- Driver must not have had a marine loss, significant boating-damage accident, or vessel-related insurance claim within the past 5 years
- Driver must not have been convicted of a boating under the influence, driving under the influence, theft, fraud, reckless operation, violent crime, or other criminal offense within the past 5 years
- Return the boat with a full tank of fuel; refueling is not included in the listed price
- Stay within the 15-mile range outside Destin Pass; a $150 fee applies for exceeding it
- Return the boat clean; excessively dirty returns incur a minimum $50 cleaning fee
- Return on time; late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes the boat is not at the dock
- Do not beach the boat or anchor in shallow water
- Children age 6 and under must wear a life vest while aboard; bring a life vest for any child under 13, as none are supplied
- The driver cannot consume alcohol while operating the boat

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
