- Arrive 20 minutes before your rental time for vessel operation instructions
- Driver must be at least 21, legally authorized to operate a recreational vessel, and have at least 2 years of boating experience
- Driver must be competent in safe vessel operation and communicate fluently with staff
- Driver must have no significant boating accidents, vessel-related insurance claims, or marine losses within the past 5 years
- Driver must have no criminal convictions, including boating or driving under the influence, within the past 5 years
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Florida Boating License or Florida Temporary Boating Certificate
- Bring life jackets for children under 13; children 6 and under must wear one at all times aboard
- Return the boat with a full tank; fuel costs are not included in the listed price
- Do not travel more than 15 miles outside Destin Pass; a $150 fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Return the boat on time; a $50 fee applies for every 15 minutes it is not at the dock and is not included in the listed price
- Return the boat clean; excessively dirty returns incur a minimum $50 cleaning fee not included in the listed price
- Do not beach the boat or anchor in shallow water
- Do not drink alcohol if you are driving the boat

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
