Know before you go
- Arrive 20 minutes before your rental for a vessel-operation review; rental times cannot be adjusted for late arrival
- Drivers must be at least 21, legally authorized to operate a recreational vessel, and have at least two years of boating experience
- Drivers must have no significant marine losses, vessel-related insurance claims, or certain criminal convictions within the past five years
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Florida Boating License or Florida Temporary Boating Certificate
- Drivers must be able to understand safety instructions and communicate fluently with staff
- Bring a working cell phone
- Children age 6 and younger must wear a life vest; life vests are not supplied for children under 13
- Return the boat with a full tank; you are responsible for refueling at the marina fuel station, so clarify fuel costs with Greetwell before booking
- Stay within the 15-mile range outside Destin Pass or pay a $150 fee
- Excessive dirt may result in a minimum $50 cleaning fee
- Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes the boat is not at the dock
- Multi-day delivery requires a dock at the property; beaching and anchoring in shallow water are not allowed
- Alcohol is allowed aboard, but the driver cannot drink and operate the boat

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
