Itinerary
- Start your tour off in Changning district on streets that used to be canals flowing toward the Huangpu River.
- Taste the wild west of China at a local Yunnan restaurant. This long, skinny province borders Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam, as well as Sichuan internally. Famous for its tropical rainforest in the south and its rugged forests and mountains in the north, you'll find food you never knew was Chinese.
- Order a steamer basket of Shanghai's famous xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) and learn the secret trick for how to not burn your tongue on the scalding soup inside.
- Head into the neon lights of Hong Kong at this local cha canting. This excellent Cantonese diner bakes pineapple buns, wok-fries noodles, and roasts succulent meat.
- Grab a to-go snack from a local street food vendor selling a traditional flatbread stuffed with preserved mustard greens -- it's addictive!

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, and no-shows are not refundable. Rescheduling within 24 hours costs US$20 per ticket. Tours run rain or shine; if the operator cancels due to severe weather and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
