- Ages 18+ only; ages 21+ to consume alcohol.
- Requires pedaling to power the party bike.
- Penalty and damage charges are not included in the listed price and are charged to your credit card: $400 for severe misconduct, $500 per public urination occurrence, and $150 for lingering more than 10 minutes after the tour. Damage to the bike or private property, including bars, is also charged.
- Bring your own beer, wine, cider, or malt beverages if you want drinks on board. Use non-glass containers; glass and hard liquor are prohibited.
- Drink responsibly and treat staff and others respectfully. No littering, public urination, excessive intoxication, jumping off the moving bike, or boarding or leaving the bike with drinks. Violations can end your participation or the tour immediately.
- Bar selection and availability may change.
- Leave within 10 minutes after the tour ends to avoid the loitering fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before the tour for a 50% refund or a rain check valid for 3 months. Cancel 15–29 days before for a rain check valid for 3 months. With 14 days or less, no refund or rain check applies. If the ride does not meet the minimum of 8 participants, you can reschedule or receive a rain check valid for 6 months.
