Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and sign the payment-responsibility statement on arrival. Each person whose credit card is used for the invoice also needs valid government-issued ID and an in-person signature.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for everyone under 18.
• Every child under 18 counts toward the party's child total, even if they do not participate.
• A late-end fee of $30 per 15 minutes past your scheduled end time is not included in the listed price.
• A $25 fee applies for prohibited party items or removing the venue's tablecloths; it is not included in the listed price. Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint, or bubbles, and leave the venue's tablecloths in place.
• If you bring a smash cake, clean up after it yourself or expect a $25 cleanup fee, not included in the listed price.
• Check in at the front desk to sign liability waivers. Signed waivers are required for all minors under 18, including infants and children who will not participate.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• Use only pull-string piñatas and painter's tape for wall decorations. Place any tablecloths you bring over the venue's existing tablecloths.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the facility.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start. Early setup is unavailable; any setup must take place during your party time. Late arrival may shorten your party.
• Leave the celebration area promptly at your scheduled end time.
