- Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may forfeit their trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations or changes within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows. If your trip is canceled for weather or safety, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. Rain alone does not cancel trips; strong winds may. If no sharks are seen, you'll receive a full refund.

Basic swimming ability is required for shark snorkeling, and prior snorkeling experience is strongly recommended. You'll be in deep open ocean more than three miles offshore. Water conditions and shark behavior may require taking turns in the water.
Infants are not allowed onboard, and the trip is not recommended for children ages 5 and under. Entering the water requires a minimum height of 4 feet. Under 18s need a parent or legal guardian present, or a liability waiver signed by one before departure.
The standard weight restriction is 250 lbs per person. Above 250 lbs, an additional ride-along spot under the same name is required. Boarding or water entry may still be refused for safety.
