All riders must sign a liability waiver; riders under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. You must be comfortable standing and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance. Pregnant women cannot ride.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for rain or severe weather. 100% refund if canceled 12+ hours before tour. 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before. Within 3 hours: 50% gift card refund.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing; it can feel slightly cooler while riding. Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended (not required). A helmet is provided, and you can bring your own if you prefer.
Pregnant women can’t ride. Each Segway is for one rider only (no double-riding). You must be comfortable standing and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance.
