- Tours operate in light rain and may be canceled for unsafe conditions

Full refund for rain or severe weather, or if canceled at least 12 hours before the tour. Receive a 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before the tour.

No. You get one-on-one, unhurried training, and your guide stays nearby to help you build confidence.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing; it can feel slightly cooler while riding. Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended (not required). A helmet is provided, and you can bring your own if you prefer.
Pregnant women can’t ride. Each Segway is for one rider only (no double-riding). You must be comfortable standing and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance.
