Guides like Mark, Brian, and Randy have built a strong reputation for making first-timers feel completely at ease on Segways. Across dozens of tours through spots like Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek, and Washington Island, reviewers consistently praise how quickly they got comfortable on the machines, often within just a few minutes of instruction. The guides bring genuine enthusiasm to each tour, pointing out wildlife, local history, and scenic highlights along the way. What stands out most is how welcoming this experience seems to be for all kinds of riders. Guests in their 60s and 70s, families with teenagers, and even someone navigating mobility challenges after a stroke all came away raving about their time. Safety is clearly a priority, but it never seems to overshadow the fun. If you've been on the fence about trying a Segway tour in Door County, the reviews make a pretty convincing case that you'll be glad you went.
We did the Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes tour in late September. It was our first time on Segways (and we are both 69)! Mark was our guide and did an awesome job instructing us on using them. He pointed out interesting facts along the way, was very attentive as well as fun and enjoyable to talk with. This company has so many options for tours and had the best prices. Definitely recommend!
