Please arrive 40 minutes before departure and plan for a 5–7 minute walk down the dock. If you are not checked in at least 10 minutes before departure, you may lose your seat and will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change up to 48 hours before start for a refund. Less than 48 hours: no refund. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded. If the operator cancels due to unfavorable weather, you will be rescheduled or receive a full refund. If you return early due to weather: full refund if under half; 50% refund or rain check if over half.
