Things to know
A 20% gratuity is added to private charters for the captain and crew. Arrive no later than 40 minutes before departure; expect a 5–7 minute walk down the dock.
Cancellation Policy
Private charters have a 7 day cancellation policy. If the weather is unfavorable and the operator cancels, they may reschedule you or issue a full refund. If you return due to weather: full refund if out less than half; if out over half, choose 50% refund or a rain check. No-shows and late arrivals not refunded.
