Tickets are non-refundable. You can request rebooking for a future tour of the same kind at least 72 hours before the start. For inclement weather, you'll be notified by 5 pm, one hour before the 6 pm start, with instructions for rescheduling or a refund. You'll receive a full refund for other operator-initiated cancellations.
