Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice receive a refund minus the nonrefundable $10-per-vehicle deposit and processing fees. No refund with less than 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be considered a no-show; no-shows are charged the full price.

If your vehicle has a trailer, it must be parked at Tomb Flats, about two miles past Slate Run.
Fill out the Vehicle Shuttle (Canyon Valet) form with your drop-off and key instructions. The form also asks for your latest start time; if your vehicle isn’t there after the time you list, it may be shuttled late or not at all.
