Important details
- Ages 26+ only for renters
- Requires at least 2 years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat’s size
- Requires no marine losses in the last 10 years, no violations or suspensions in the last 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Bring a valid driver’s license or passport for check-in
- Requires a boater’s license for renters born after January 1, 1988
- Sign a release waiver for every passenger before departure
- Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Travel no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties

Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.

Use onsite parking or free valet at Daiquiri Deck Restaurant. Do not park in the paid lot next door to CB's.
The renter is responsible for damage to the property and liable for injuries to the renter and passengers.
Bring a fishing hat, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and boat shoes or sneakers with light-colored soles. Bring a phone or camera if you want to take photos.
