- Ages 26+ to rent
- Requires at least two years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat’s size
- No marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Bring a valid driver’s license at check-in
- Renters born after January 1, 1988 require a boater’s license by law
- All passengers must sign a release waiver
- Navigation is limited to the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay; Gulf of Mexico use is not permitted
- Stay no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or farther south than the Venice Jetties
- Renters are responsible for property damage and liable for injuries to themselves and passengers

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.

Bring a fishing hat, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and boat shoes or sneakers with light-colored soles. You may also want a phone or camera.
Use the onsite parking spots or free valet at Daiquiri Deck Restaurant. Do not park in the paid lot next to CB's.
Renters born after January 1, 1988 need a boater's license. If you do not have one, you can take a free test using the link in your confirmation email.
